4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate the project.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

5. Project Timeline

The standard project timeline ranges from 15 to 30 days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; customers will be promptly notified of any changes.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

We offer a comprehensive warranty on all installed systems.
Regular maintenance visits are recommended to ensure optimal performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the solar system installed.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.

9.Entire Agreement

Our T&C constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any agreement or document, in any, executed between the parties, prior to present Order Confirmation Receipt shall be deemed to invalid and no rights shall flow from such agreement or document.
